By registering, bidding, or purchasing on Registix Marketplace, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any auction. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or place any bids.

1. General Terms

Registix Marketplace is operated by Registix, LLC (“Registix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern all auctions, bids, sales, and transactions made through this website. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site means you accept any changes.

2. Eligibility and Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register and bid.
  • A valid credit or debit card is required to register and participate in any auction.
  • By registering, you authorize Registix Marketplace to charge your card for any purchases, buyer’s premiums, or applicable fees associated with your bids.

3. Bidding Rules

  • All bids are final and binding —no bid retractions or cancellations once placed.
  • Bidding automatically creates a legal agreement to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder.
  • Registix reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid at our discretion and to withdraw items from auction at any time.
  • We are not responsible for any technical issues, connectivity errors, or website malfunctions that affect bidding activity.

4. Buyer’s Premium

A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final winning bid amount (before tax) on all items.

This premium is non-refundable under any circumstances, including if the buyer fails to pick up or cancels their purchase.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately at auction close.
  • The credit or debit card you haveon file will be charged automatically for your full invoice amount, includingthe winning bid, buyer’s premium, and applicable sales tax.
  • Registix Marketplace currently accepts credit and debit cards only.
  • Unpaid invoices or declined transactions may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

6. Taxes

All purchases are subject to North Carolina state and local sales tax. At this time, no resale or tax-exempt transactions are permitted. Taxes are calculated on the full sale amount, including the buyer’s premium.

7. Pickup & Removal

All items must be picked up within 3 business days of the auction closing at: CLT Wholesale 10847 Bailey Rd, Cornelius, NC 28031

Pickup hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Any items not picked up within 3 business days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and forfeit of the buyer’s premium.
  • If items are not picked up with in a reasonable timeframe, ownership may revert to Registix Marketplace with no refund due to the buyer.
  • Please bring your photo ID and proof of purchase at pickup.

8. No Shipping Policy

At this time, Registix Marketplace offers local pickup only. We do not provide shipping, packing, or delivery services. Buyers are responsible for transporting their purchased items.

9. Condition of Goods / No Returns

  • All items are sold “AS-IS” and“WHERE-IS”, without any warranties or guarantees — express or implied —including those of condition, functionality, or completeness.
  • Registix Marketplace and CLTWholesale inspect and describe items to the best of their ability, but all information provided is for general guidance only.
  • Buyers cannot inspect items in person before bidding, so please review photos and descriptions carefully.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any reason once an auction closes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Registix Marketplace and CLT Wholesale are not responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the auction, your use of the website, or your purchase of any items. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from loss of profits, website downtime, data issues, or product defects. Your sole remedy for any dispute or claim is limited to the total amount paid for the specific item in question.

11. Breach of Terms

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of your bids or purchases
  • Suspension or termination of your Registix Marketplace account
  • Legal action or collection activity for unpaid invoices or damages

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions aregoverned by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or dispute must be filed and resolved in a court located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
